“ Dewy Dew Bugz was recommended to us by our shrimping trip Captain. Great recommendation. We started with Alligator bites. Hubby ordered the Dewy's ultimate seafood plater. It came with catfish, oysters, shrimp, soft shell crab, and frog legs, all fried. He also got fries and coleslaw. Everything was very good. He did have to ask, how to eat the soft shell crab and they said just bite into it so he did. I ordered the surf and turf. My sides were the corn on the cob and potatoes. Steak was cooked perfectly and so were the shrimp. Everyone was very nice and our server was attentive checking in with us several times. ”

From the moment I stepped into Dewy Dew Bugz, I knew I was in for something special—but nothing could have prepared me for just how phenomenal this experience would be. This place is a hidden gem that absolutely blew me away! Let’s start with the food. I kicked things off with the boudin balls, and WOW—crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned on the inside, and paired with a bold Thai chili sauce that was the perfect spicy-sweet balance. Next came a cup of gumbo loaded with sausage, shrimp, and crawfish tails—rich, deep, and soul-warming, like it had been simmering for generations. The smoked tuna dip with shrimp chips? Genius. The smoky flavor of the tuna mixed with the crunch of the chips created a flavor explosion I won’t forget. And then came the crown jewel: 5 lbs of spicy crawfish. They were perfection—juicy, fiery, and cooked to absolute tenderness. Every bite was a celebration of Louisiana flavor done right. To top it all off, Milli, our server, was a ray of sunshine. Friendly, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the menu—she made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. Her service was flawless, and she elevated the entire experience. “ Receptionist is wonderful and so sweet. Our waitress Millie was adorable and so awesome. She is such a sweetheart and so patient LOL Me and my husband has never been to this place before today. It took us a little bit before we knew what we wanted and she was still all smiles. They have so many delicious options to choose from. People are so friendly, the food is so delicious, and the price is definitely worth the friendly people and Big portions of food you pay for. Thank You Millie for your patience again baby LOL We definitely recommend Dewy Dew Bugs to anybody and everybody who loves seafood, appreciates wonderful and respectful service, and likes the feel of a comfortable and warm environment. ”

“ This place is amazing. If you are looking for that hole in the wall with the BEST food and down to earth priceing you have found it. I call it HEAVEN. I wish I remembered my servers name. She was amazing I was there Thursday march 6th shortly after 11AM and the owner sent my waitress out with some free crayfish and she peeled them for me. Please help me find her ”
